We want you to be happy with your coffee. If something is off, get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
- Defective or damaged in transit: full replacement or refund.
- Changed your mind: unopened items accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping.
- Wholesale (50+ unit orders): terms agreed in contract.
