Why it matters for your rentals

In a market of ~400,000 STR units in Spain — where Barcelona is closing licences and Madrid ADRs climb — reviews are the real revenue lever. Coffee shows up literally in review text.

The DripItBro solution for Airbnb and PMs

Two drip bags in the kitchen drawer, a welcome note with the kettle code. Zero equipment, zero training, zero 8 a.m. phone calls about the French press. Guests arrive tired from the airport, open the drawer, brew a decent coffee — and the next thing they do is write a 5-star review mentioning "the coffee touch".

For a PM with 50-500 units, cost is marginal: 2 bags × €0.70 = €1.40 per check-in. Against a Madrid Airbnb pulling €3,000/month gross, it is a rounding error. Against the difference between 4.7 and 4.9 stars in the ranking — which measurably moves occupancy — it is the highest ROI in the welcome pack.

Optional co-branding with your own or your PM's logo. Nordic and British guests — the bulk of Valencia tourism — already know the drip format from cafés back home. They arrive expecting specialty coffee; you hand it to them in-unit with your logo. Tangible marketing that lives a week in their Instagram.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost per cup vs Nespresso?+

Drip wholesale: €0.60-0.80 per bag. A domestic Nespresso capsule is €0.35-0.50, but the machine (€80-200 per unit) breaks, capsules run out between check-ins, guests call the PM. For multi-unit PMs the total cost favours drip — before counting management time.

How is it brewed without a machine?+

Guest opens the bag, hooks the wings over the cup, pours hot water in 3-4 rounds, waits 2-2.5 minutes. We supply a small ES/EN card for the kitchen.

Is it food-grade certified?+

Yes — EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004. Declaration of Conformity on request.

How long does each bag last?+

Twelve months from roast. Ambient storage. Normal rotation means the bag is consumed long before expiry.

Can it be co-branded with the PM's logo?+

Yes, from 200 bags. We print your logo on the outer pack.

Good for long stays or only check-in?+

Both. Most common: 2 bags in the welcome pack day-one, a small box of 5-10 in the drawer for long stays.

What if the guest does not drink the coffee?+

No issue — 12-month shelf life sealed. The bag carries over to the next check-in. No operational waste, unlike an opened capsule or a French press with grounds.
