How much does it cost per cup vs Nespresso?+
At wholesale, a drip bag runs €0.60-0.80 per cup. A professional Nespresso capsule is €0.35-0.50, but you also pay for the machine (€80-250 per room), maintenance, electricity, and capsule disposal. In total, drip usually comes out cheaper — and is perceived as premium rather than office-grade.
How is it brewed without a machine?+
The guest opens the bag, hooks the two paper wings over the rim of the cup, pours hot water from the kettle in 3-4 slow rounds, and in 2-2.5 minutes has a clean cup. We provide a small ES/EN instruction card to put on the tray.
Is it food-grade certified?+
Yes. Each bag complies with EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 on food-contact materials. The written Declaration of Conformity is available on request.
How long does each bag last?+
Twelve months from roast date when sealed at room temperature. Each bag is nitrogen-flushed and valve-sealed.
Can it be co-branded with the hotel logo?+
Yes, in the 200+ tier. We print your logo on the outer bag.
And the PPWR? Do we need to act now?+
From 12 August 2026 capsules formally fall under PPWR and from 2030 single-use packaging is banned in HoReCa. Our bags are compostable paper, no aluminium — migrating now avoids a forced switch in 2030.
